1. In July 2000, the American Investment Company "TNInvestments Inc." founded the Joint-Stock Company "Trading House" "Russian Galleries" in Russia (Trademark RusGal).
2. In December 2000, RusGal concludes the first agreements with the USA and Canada manufacturers on the exclusive realization of products of 15 trade marks on the territory of all CIS and Baltic countries.
3. In March 2001, RusGal is rated in the annual review of the influential English magazine "Economist" to be one of the most fast-developing companies in Russia.
4. In January 2002, RusGal represents the advantages of its distribution model for the first time at the exhibition in Orlando (USA).
5. In January 2003, RusGal takes part in the Week of Parisian Fashion in France. The range of RusGal's electronic and paper catalogues is replenished by French and Italian trade marks.
6. In September 2004, RusGal is a constant sponsor of the children's taekwondo team of the Krylya Sovetov Club ("Wings of Soviets").
7. In October 2004, RusGal executes its 50-thousandth order. All the team of the Moscow RusGal Subsidiary consisting of 25 persons arrived to celebrate the order delivery. The buyer is satisfied.
8. In May 2005, the Company "RusGal" issues Catalogue number 10 with the presentation of 12 new collections at the occasion of the 5th anniversary. The circulation of the catalogue is 50 thousand copies.
9. In October 2005, RusGal organizes a world tour with the presentation of the advantages of its distribution model at the exhibitions in Las Vegas (USA) and Berlin (Germany). The range of electronic and paper catalogues of RusGal is replenished by German trade marks.
10. In November 2005, RusGal opens its affiliated branch in Saint-Petersburg.
11. In December 2005, RusGal establishes two trade representative offices in Los Angeles (USA) and in Milan (Italy) for working with manufacturers from Italy, Germany, France, the USA and Canada.
12. In January-February 2006, RusGal attracts private investments for the opening of 10 new affiliated branches in the cities of CIS and Baltic countries.
